As a research analyst, you will perform procedures and document results in compliance with regulations, communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, and assist with laboratory maintenance and support functions. Additionally, participate in process improvement initiatives, develop critical thinking, and time management skills. Working at the bench, your role will be to assist with routine sample analysis studies and method validation projects. You will learn to operate a variety of laboratory instruments, analyze data using appropriate software, and perform other assigned duties.
