As a scientist, you will perform procedures and documenting results in compliance with regulatory standards, collaborating with operational areas to meet deadlines and produce quality data. You will be leading laboratory investigations related to technical and/or regulatory issues and review study plans, protocols, amendments. Your focus will begin on developing and validating methods with minimal oversight, performing data analysis, operating laboratory instruments independently, and developing critical thinking and time management skills aligned with operational needs. Your duties will be then to provide oversight of sample analysis projects within a single operational area, ensuring timelines are met with minimal oversight.
